Q: What is Austin Party Prints? A: Austin Party Prints provides event photography with instant printing, allowing guests to snap their own photos or pose for professional shots, all printed instantly on a dye-sublimation printer for best possible results with custom-designed overlays for a personalized touch.
Q: What types of events do you support? A: We cater to weddings, corporate events, trade shows, expos, holiday parties, and non-profit events—any gathering where instant, high-quality photo printing adds excitement!
Q: Can we do an outdoor event? A: Absolutely. The best case is that you are able to provide power and internet service at the location. However, we will visit the site to do a walk-thru and work with you, the site contacts, and our technology partners to see how we can make it work.
Q: What happens to unused prints that I have purchased already? A: All unused photos are recorded, added to a bank to provide to community non-profit events on a first-come, first-serve basis. This caps at 200 prints per event 2-hour blocks. For example, a 2-hour non-profit event could get media for 200 prints maximum. This correlates to printer speed and likely volume at events. Longer events would be eligible for more free media if there is any in the inventory bank. The organization that uses your prints will receive a letter stating that your donation had a certain cash value if you so choose. You can also donate without giving your information to the organization. You may also choose to book more media at cash value and donate it as well to the community bank. You do not get to select the organization receiving the donation (in general) but if you know of an upcoming event and they do book with us, you can request your donation to go to them and we will honor your request.

Q: How does instant photo printing work? A: Guests take their own photos or pose for professional shots, upload them via QR code, and receive real-time printed copies with custom event overlays within seconds depending on guest photo traffic. The set up uses a web service, a dye-sublimation printer, and internet availability at your location.
Q: Can guests download their event photos? A: Yes! Every event includes digital downloads, allowing guests to access their pictures after the event. The host will also be provided with options to download all the photos with and without the custom event overlay.
Q: What’s included in the custom overlay design? A: We design overlays to match your branding, theme, or special occasion, ensuring every print is unique to your event.
Q: Can I have VIP photography services? A: For all but the most basic package, you can at least opt for VIP service. You provide someone or a way to guide our photographer to the VIPs and we’ll take care of the rest.

Q: What is the Photo Curator service? A: Our event curation staff, known as Photo Curators, roam the event, helping guests take their first photo, handing out QR codes, and guiding guests to photo spots for maximum engagement.
Q: Can I have a special photo backdrop for my event? A: Yes! We create custom photo spots based on your budget, complete with professional lighting for the best image quality.
Q: Do you offer scrapbooking stations? A: Yes, Scrapbooking Stations allow guests to create keepsake albums by adding printed photos, stickers, and notes to a physical scrapbook. An option will be to have an artist provided to the event to assist guests with curated “doodles” or stickers to completely make their contributions legible and artistic. Practice pages will be provided to allow for guests to see how the pens perform on the page prior to making their dedications or notations.

Q: What’s included in Conference Print Pro? A: 2- or 4-printer multi-printer setup, branded overlays, live slideshow displays, and high-speed instant printing, ideal for conventions, trade shows, and professional events.
Q: How does Expo Elite differ from other packages? A: Expo Elite supports multi-day events with maximum printing capacity, expo booth branding, photo curators and large-scale guest engagement, ensuring high-volume photo distribution.
💖 Non-Profit & Community Support
Q: What is Moments That Matter? A: Moments That Matter is our non-profit initiative, offering photography and printing at cost for 501(c)(3) organizations, with unused media donated to community events. Depending on the bank of available media surplused from paid events, non-profits can book events at very low cost. The cost will be outlined and options provided to get the best possible service at the lowest cost possible for the organization.
